1. Dispatch Times

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email after purchase. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, or up to 3 during peak times. If there's a delay, we'll notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected time, contact us at support@megaback.store with your name and order number for assistance.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch:

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Australia: 3-8 business days after dispatch

• Other European Countries: 5-10 business days after dispatch

• Rest of the World: 8-16 business days after dispatch

Delivery delays can happen, but shorter delivery times are possible during less busy flight schedules. We'll send tracking info once your order ships. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at support@megaback.com for a solution.
