1. Returns and Exchanges
MEGABACK accepts returns for items purchased on our website within 45 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

The product must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and documentation.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving the parcel) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return, please briefly explain the case and, if possible, provide photos or videos supporting your reason for the return. Send them, along with your order number, to support@megaback.store. Our team will assist you according to the guidelines on this page.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately (within 5 days) at support@megaback.store with your order number and issue details. Items intentionally damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We will provide a replacement or refund for transit or manufacturing defects.
3. Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current one, and once the return is processed, place a separate order for the new item. Please also email us at support@megaback.store with your exchange request.
4. Return Shipping
To return your product, send it to the address provided in your Return Approval Email. Please note that return shipping costs, along with any related VAT and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If the product is defective due to our error, we will cover all the above costs.
Return Address: An address in the US, UK, or Western Europe will be provided in the Approval email.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you about the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t receive it within 15 business days, contact us at support@megaback.store.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom items (e.g., custom luggage tags), unless there is a defect caused by us.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing can take time. If the issue persists, email us at support@megaback.store.
8. Warranty
MEGABACK products are covered by a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What is Covered?
- Defective materials or workmanship that impair the functionality of the product.
- Issues with zippers, straps, or stitching due to manufacturing flaws.
- Defects in other components resulting from manufacturing flaws.
What is Not Covered?
- Damage due to improper use, neglect, accidents, or inadequate care (e.g., cuts, tears, stains, or burns).
- Normal wear and tear, such as fading, scuffs, or cosmetic damage over time.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made by third parties.
