Shipping Policy
Welcome to MEGABACK! Our Shipping Policy explains how we quickly and reliably deliver our innovative backpacks to your door.
1. Dispatch Times
You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email after purchase. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, or up to 4 during peak times like Black Friday. If there's a delay, we'll notify you via email or phone. No dispatches on weekends or public holidays.
2. Pre-order Phase
During pre-orders, products ship within the date range on the product page. High demand means extra time for production. Pre-ordering secures your spot and ensures you're among the first to receive your item.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected time, contact us at support@megaback.store with your name and order number for assistance.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout after entering your destination.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch:

Other European Countries: 5-10 business days after dispatch

Delivery delays can happen, but shorter delivery times are possible during less busy flight schedules. We'll send tracking info once your order ships. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at support@megaback.com for a solution.

We offer free shipping to most countries and regions for orders over $200 USD.

6. Warehouse Locations
We ship from our warehouses in the UK, East Asia, or the US, depending on your location and product availability, ensuring efficient delivery.
7. Shipping Carriers
We work with a variety of reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our partners include UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD, etc. The specific carrier for your delivery will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All fees associated with international shipping, including tariffs and import taxes, are included in the shipping costs for most countries and regions. Please be aware that delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
Indonesia: The recipient must provide a tax identification number (NPWP) for orders shipped to Indonesia and may be responsible for additional import taxes and VAT.
9. Damages or Losses

Return and Refund Policy
At MEGABACK, we aim to meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return policy for details.
1. Return Period
You have 45 days from the date you receive your Shipment Confirmation Email to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized items, e.g. personalized luggage tag. For large custom orders, the return policy will be detailed in the custom order contract. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you about the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t receive it within 15 business days, contact us at returns@megaback.store.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, email us at support@megaback.store. Exchanges depend on availability. If out of stock, we'll offer a refund.
5. Return Shipping
To return your product, send it to the address in your Order Confirmation Email. You cover return shipping, VAT, and customs duties. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective items, contact us at support@megaback.store with your order number and issue details. Items damaged intentionally are not refundable or replaceable. We’ll provide a replacement or refund for transit or manufacturing defects.
7. Return/Refund Process

Contact us at support@megaback.store to initiate a return. Please include "Return: Order Number" in the email subject line and explain the reason for your return.

We will respond to your request within two business days with the authorization result.

Print out the authorization email.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the printed authorization email.

Ship the package to the address provided and send us the tracking number.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing can take time. If the issue persists, email us at support@megaback.store.
9. Warranty
MEGABACK products are covered by a lifetime limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What is Covered?
- Defective materials or workmanship that impair the functionality of the product.
- Issues with zippers, straps, stitching, or other components resulting from manufacturing flaws.
What is Not Covered?
- Damage due to improper use, neglect, accidents, or inadequate care (e.g., cuts, tears, stains, or burns).
- Normal wear and tear, such as fading, scuffs, or cosmetic damage over time.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made by third parties.
- Damage resulting from third-party shipping carriers, theft, or misuse.
